Our airport hosts welcome you at the arrival gate when you land, or at the terminal curbside when you leave, and stay with you through check-in, security, immigration and customs, helping with your luggage along the way. Departing guests then relax in our lounge until boarding.
- Personal welcome. Your host is waiting for you at the aerobridge or at the remote arrival gate, holding a placard with your name.
- Immigration. Your host takes you to the priority queue at border control and assists you with the immigration formalities.
- Baggage and customs. Your host escorts you to the baggage carousel and accompanies you through customs clearance.
- Exit. Your host walks you to the curbside pick-up point for your onward transport.
- Curbside welcome. A dedicated porter meets you as soon as you arrive at the terminal curbside.
- Priority check-in. Check in at the premium counter, with priority baggage drop.
- Security and immigration. Your host takes you through the dedicated VIP security screening lane and assists you with the exit formalities.
- Lounge. Relax for up to two hours with complimentary light snacks and drinks.
- Boarding. Your host escorts you from the lounge to your gate for priority boarding.

On departure: a porter welcome at the terminal curbside, priority check-in and baggage drop, assistance through the VIP security lane and immigration, up to two hours in the lounge with complimentary light snacks and drinks, and an escort to your gate for priority boarding.
Yes. The lounge is available on departure only, for up to two hours, with complimentary light snacks and drinks, Wi-Fi, and an escort from security to the lounge and on to your boarding gate.

- More than 48 hours before the service: full refund.
- Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% of the amount paid is charged.
- Less than 24 hours, or no-show: no refund.

If your flight is delayed by more than 2 hours, an extra charge of 50% of the service fee applies for each additional 2-hour period.
Yes. Infants under 2 years old are free; passengers aged 2 and over pay the standard rate. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
